Payment by Paypal or by Credit/Debit card

Payment for orders on this website can most easily be made using Paypal, just place your items in your basket and follow the easy steps at checkout. PayPal allows you to pay using your credit or debit card. Just follow the link and you will be able to choose the option to pay by card.

If you would like to pay by credit or debit card this can be done through PayPal (see info above).

Free delivery on all orders over £30

We have kept delivery costs down low for you and we’ll send your order as soon as possible. All items will come gift boxed or gift wrapped so they are ready to give as a gift, or a lovely present to yourself! There are 2 delivery options available from Clare Gage

Standard Delivery- 2-5 days

Orders up to £6.99 is £0.95

Orders from £7 to £29.99 is £1.75

Orders over £30 is free delivery

Express Delivery- 1-2 days

Orders up to £6.99 is £1.95

Orders from £7 to £64.99 is £3.96

Orders over £65 is £6.95

Delivery within Chesterfield

Free delivery can be arranged within Chesterfield. Contact Clare by email at mentioning your address to organise this.

International Delivery

There are 2 settings for international delivery. Please choose the appropriate option from International Delivery- Europe at £10 and International Delivery- Rest of World at £18. Delivery times for international orders is 5-10 days.


If you choose to return your purchase you have up to 28 days from receipt of the item. Unless the items are faulty then the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. It’s recommended that you return the items in the original packaging to ensure that it arrives safely. It’s also advised that you obtain proof of postage.

A refund will then be processed and paid within 30 days at the latest. Refunds will exclude delivery costs.

If your order arrives damaged or not as described then inform us by using the contact form on this website or by emailing or call 07921770036. Issues will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Standard procedure is to refund or replace.

The following items are non-refundable: earrings (for hygiene reasons) and gift vouchers.
